FAQs
How does the DockCharged Electronic Vehicle Charger work?
DockCharged works by using batteries and software to quickly charge your car without the need for costly 240V installation. While you're out running errands, it stores energy from your standard 110V outlet. When you return, DockCharged uses “Dual Discharge” to rapidly releases the stored energy and combines 110V power directly it into your car, charging it fast. Plus, its portable design lets you charge your car anywhere without being tied to a wall outlet.
How much charge can I get in one night?
In a single night connected to a 110V wall, you can charge your car between 65 to 120+ miles (23kWh to 38kWh), depending on the number of modules you use. Each individual battery module adds 17 miles (5kWh) of range. For instance, with 5 modules, you'll get an extra 50 miles (15kWh) of charge.
How much does it weigh?
